We strongly believe that co-mediation is the best way to promote good communication and support families to make decisions about the future. Co-mediation involves two mediators working together with clients, each bringing different and complementary skills to the process. Our focus is on helping clients reach a settlement of the issues they encounter whilst recognising the need for co-operation as parents in the care and upbringing of children. Our approach is compassionate, constructive, and intuitive with an eye on the need for a sustainable and workable solution. Our aim is to help couples reach their own decisions for moving on, tailor-made by them for their family.
